Global rules

Character cards

They are the main cards in the game. They have several informations on them, like the character's name, his type, his health points (HP), his team points (TP), his attacks, etc.
There are 2 attack types : fast and slow attacks.
You can use two fast attacks (in blue on the cards) in a round, not necessarily being twice the same.
Slow attacks (in red on the cards) can only be used once in a round.

Essential cards (knowledge and anticipation)

Knowledge cards unlocks one of your active character's attack, from up to down. (The first one is already unlocked)

Anticipation cards are used for anticipating your active character's knockout, letting the player pick a character card from his deck if he doesn't have any in his hand.

Items

Items can give you an advantage or give your opponent a disadvantage.
Traps, which are items, have different trigger conditions, depending on the card. Once activated, they give you an immediat advantage.

All these cards are reunited in a 60-cards deck, divided into 3 parts (characters, items, essential).
Each character is worth a certain amount of TP (team points). You can have a maximum amount of 25 TP.
Once one of your character is knocked out, you total PE count goes down by the same amount as the character had. The character is then discarded.
If your opponent's total amount of TP reaches 0, you win !

Actions :

During a round, actions goes by the following order, simultaneously by the 2 players.

-pick a card from the deck you want
-place characters where they are missing (active or support)
-use/equip items
-eventually, pick a trap from your hand if you have one, remember the conditions and place it facing the playmat

Players attack then, one after the other.

Other details :

At the beginning of the game, each player draws 3 cards from each deck. Then they both choose who their active character is going to be.

Be careful ! You cannot use essential cards during the first round.

Both players then choose their support character (the one who is going to fight once the active character's knocked out).
Once both players finished their actions, the younger attacks first.
If there is an active trap and you notice that the conditions are fulfilled, then you show the card to your opponent who's going to suffer from the effects of it.

End of the game

A player loses in two cases :

-His TP reached 0
-He doesn't have playable characters in his hand.
